What is your renovation process?
For us, the two most important parts of the renovation are creating something that you’re satisfied with and staying within your budget. In order to do this, we need to gather as much information as possible and look over the plans and renovation area in detail. Sometimes, there are some unforeseen factors that you may not have considered that can change your budget or plans.
Once we have the plans and know that it will work within your budget, we go to work. We work efficiently to get the job done as soon as possible, but we don’t skimp on quality and thoroughness. We know it’s best for everyone to get it right the first time!
How disruptive are renovations?
If you’re renovating a major part of your home such as the kitchen or master bedroom or bathroom, you’ll definitely have to adjust your lifestyle a bit during the renovation process. Other jobs like expanding a room at the edge of the property might be less disruptive, but there’s still going to be a fair amount of noise!
